A.REŠERŠE Washingtonova 21/1569, Praha 1 Vlastnické právo: Česká republika Příslušnost hospodařit s majetkem státu : Ministerstvo spravedlnosti Vyšehradská 427/16, Nové Město, 12800 Praha 2 památkově chráněné území Dům byl postaven na Novém městě pražském roku 1878 v souvislosti s rozvojem oblasti díky výstavbě Hlavního nádraží. Během let byl několikrát přestavěn, mimo jiné firmou Baťa, což se promítlo do různorodosti architektonických prvků v interiérech. Dům sám o sobě není památkově chráněn, ale leží v památkové zóně. Nepodařilo se zjistit jak dlouho zůstává nevyužívaný, ale zcela jistě byl prázdný již v roce 2006, kdy byl jedním z objektů, kterému se věnovala výstava "Budoucnost a přítomnost Prahy 1". Tehdy se počítalo s jeho celkovou rekonstrukcí a vytvořením kancelářských prostor pro Ústřední inspektorát České obchodní inspekce a Inspektorát Středočeského a Hlavního města Prahy. Tento záměr nebyl realizován a opuštěný dům tak dále chátrá. B. PROHLASENI A PROGRAM Za správný konec Obsazení budovy ministerstva spravedlnosti aneb squatterská spravedlnost Vítejte v Sherwoodu! Projděte na jeho druhý konec a uvidíte, jak se dnes zachází s těmi, kdo se ocitli bez střechy nad hlavou, kdo jsou na okraji společnosti a stali se jejími bezprávnými vyvrheli. Už pomalu zkřehlí, postávají u kontejnerů vmáčknutých pod pražskou magistrálu a počítají čas. Jak skloubit obrazy potupy a bídy s deklamacemi o údajné spravedlnosti a svobodě? Čím více lidí bez domova, tím silnější jsou nasazovány prostředky k udržení iluzí. Dnešní čtyři tisíce lidí na ulicích Prahy ještě rozhodně nejsou konečným číslem – podle odhadů se jejich počet může v nejbližších letech i více než zdvojnásobit. Když přitom Praha nestaví bezdomovcům oplocené tábory za městem, chce je alespoň vyhazovat z tramvají. Také „Sherwood“ se změnil. Někdejší komunity vyděděnců se nárazy represivních orgánů rozprskly do zapomnění a jejich místo zaujaly nasvícené výlohy obchodů Hlavního nádraží. V jejich odlescích se ještě chvíli můžeme cítit jako v bezpečí – nebo jako Alenka v říši divů. Tato špinavá éra zašla příliš daleko, s iluzemi je nutno skoncovat. Společnost, ve které lidé umrzají před zamčenými dveřmi prázdných domů, už odhalila svůj barbarský charakter. Také hysterie už musí skončit, včetně hysterie soukromého vlastnictví. Posvátná norma už beztak hoří pod náporem absurdní reality. Proč mají stovky lidí umírat na ulicích, když tisíce nemovitostí leží ladem? My jsme se rozhodli. Obsazujeme prázdný a nevyužívaný dům ministerstva spravedlnosti a vyzýváme každého dalšího ministra nebo jiného nastoupivšího korupčního kariéristu, aby okamžitě připravil zákon o legalizaci squattingu: chtít žít není zločin. Zároveň dnes zůstáváme před domem, vaříme a rozdáváme jídlo. S každým, kdo chce, se bavíme, jak můžeme jít dál. A co bude zítra? Kdo ví… Spravedlnost nebo smrt! A dvě pepsi k tomu… C. The house was built in 1878 in the New Town of Prague in connection with development of area around Hlavní Nádraží. It has been reconstructed several times, incidentally by the Baťa enterprise, which influenced the diversity of architectonical features in the interiers. The house isn´t protected on its own, but it´s part of a historic protected site. It s unknow how long has it been since it the house is abandoned, but we are certain that it was empty in the year 2006. Nevertheless this year there was an exhibition „Future and Present of Prague 1“, which mentioned our house and made promises that this place will undergo a wholesome reconstruction in order to get some office spaces for Central Inspectorate for Czech bussiness inspection and Inspectorate of Midczech region and Inspectorate of Prague.. This goal wasn´t fulfilled and the abandoned house is still in decay. D. PROHLASENI - ENG From another perspective The building of the Ministry of Justice and squatters´ fairness Welcome to the „Sherwood“! This is show the locals call the park near Hlavní Nádraží. Walk through the path to its other end so you can observe, how are treated those, who happened to lack any shelter, live on the society´s edge and became outlawed outcasts. Hanging around the garbage cans under the Pragues´main highway, freezing and counting time. The Prague officials must probably ask themselves a question - how to present to the public the ambivalence of the omnipresent poverty with the our political statements that we value justice and liberty. The more homeless people, the stronger the establishment uses force to keep alive their spectacle. The number of homeless people in the streets of Prague is currently approx. 4000 and growing and the estimates are that in the next years the number could get double. The Prague officials, if not bulding fenced camps behind the city as they once planned, want to banish homeless from the public transportation. So the „Sherwood“ is changing. Communities of outcasts are spreading to the edge of oblivion with assistance of Czech police officers… Instead of this „low class citizens“ we could see now shining shop windows of Hlavní Nádraží. In their reflections we could feel safe – or like Alice in Wonderland. This filthy era has gone too far, i tis necessary to end this spectacle. Society, in which people are freezing to death behind closed doors of empty houses, has revelaled its barbarian character. Also the hystery of private ownership must be overcome. Neoliberal sacred value is burning under pressure of the absurdity of last decade anyway. Why hundreds of people have to die in the streets, despite there are plenty of empty houses, where they could lay their heads? We made a decision – to occupy an empty and unemployed house, which absurdly belongs to the Czech Ministry of Justice and we demand next elected minister or other corrupted white collars to write and implement the law to legalize squatting – because person´s desire to survive isn´t crime. Today we stay in front of the house, giving away free self-made lunch to passers-by… And we discuss what we should do next, with everyone who wants to. What will be tomorrow? Who knows… Justice or death! And two Pepsi-cokes with it.
